I’ve only recently heard of Harvey Prince’s Eau de Flirt perfume, but it actually came out in 2009. According to tons of reviews, including Cosmo, this perfume was made with a certain goal in mind: to be the perfect scent to attract males…kinda like bees to a flower. So, how exactly does it work?
